calls everyday without leaving a message and when I try to call back is not responding

This number keeps calling every single day and sometimes multiple times during the day and night. There is no answer when the phone is answered by me. When I call them back, it says I have reached Customer Service and to press #1 to talk to an agent and #2 to place my number on their do not call list. Either number pressed hangs up the phone. What kind of scam is this?

Calls and says that I owe for a payday loan that I never got, leaves crazy messages at my job. Cannot tell me when I supposedly got the loan, who it was from or how much it was for.

Who are these dillweeds? They are a nusance to the airwaves. How do we report abuse?

called and left no message. I have received a call from this number before from 6 a.m.

Calls twice each day and there is nobody at the caller end. A pause and then the disconnect. Must be on a robotic loop where they call 50 people at a time and answer one. Please find the pain. I am on a do not call list.
